Job requiments:

1. Manage project, deliverable and finance to meet target profit & deadline.

2. Work closely with clients, suppliers and contractors to reduce idle time, wastage and rework.

3. Oversee projects' related design concept, space planning, 3D dreawing, layout plan and detail technical drawings.

4. Analyse and inspect problematic areas on site to ensure design and deliverables meeting committed quality and timeline.
